Renting Your Apartment
If you would like to rent your apartment either for short term holiday rentals or over a longer term such as one or two years, our dedicated team can help you. This may appeal to you if you have bought your apartment as an investment or you cannot use your apartment for the next few years due to other commitments. We will advertise your property for you and take an inventory before anyone comes to stay and we will also inspect it afterwards and report back to you. If you are interested in renting your apartment then we can supply you with a renting pack that explains everything you need to know.
For long term renting your apartment must be furnished to a standard that can be lived in comfortably. The people that would rent your apartment long term are people who live in Turkey and who earn Turkish wages therefore the amount of rent you would receive per month is less than in England but is guaranteed for 12 months.
The Tenant will pay half the yearly maintenance fee which we will negotiate for you. If they cannot afford to pay this we will contact you to see if you still want to go ahead with the agreement. Whenever we have someone interested in your apartment and we have shown them your apartment we will let you know the outcome of the viewing.
Your apartment will be advertised on our website. This will include the location, a description of your apartment, how many it sleeps and the price per week.
Our fees to do all of the above are 20% of the rental income.
