Buyer Trip to Turkey?
To help you find your property in Turkey, HD Property Management organise viewing trips throughout the year. Most flights are direct to Bodrum or Izmir and take about 4 hours.
Please note, flight availability changes during the winter.
What do we include in a viewing trip?
- Direct return flights from your chosen airport
- All transfers from the related airports in Turkey
- 4 days hotel accommodation (only £20+VAT per night extra for longer stays)
- One-to-one viewing trip of the area and viewing as many properties as possible
If you find a property you wish to buy, we will help you with all documentation and with opening a bank account with a bank of your choosing. We can also help with your furniture and furnishing.
How Much Does a Viewing Trip Cost?
The cost of the whole package is only £250 per person. This inspection trip will be free of charge if you buy a property from HD Property Management, hence the total cost of the inspection trip will be deducted from the cost of the property.
